Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Direct access accommodation for single homeless men We have 7 rooms allocated for men with dogs in the main hostel. Client group varies- substance misuse, ex-offenders, mental health.

Who we cannot help

Will not accept anyone with an arson offence.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

We accept self-referrals and referrals from all outside agencies, homeless services, prisons, social services, mental health services, hospitals, neighbourhood offices, drug services, police and probation service.

Referral procedure

We are direct access self-referral accommodation in the main hostel and are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Only accept in house referrals for Parkview & Shared house. This can be done via telephone or email and completion of referral form. All accommodation is offered subject to interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1 key worker. 1 Resettlement officer. 1 Life Skills Coordinator . Monday to Friday working hours covering 7.30 to 18.00. . 5 lead concierge. 3 assistant concierge. Working on a 24 hour rota providing 24 hour support to service users in all projects.

Rules and policies

House rules and tenure

6 month licence agreement at shared house and main hostel. No smoking allowed in any rooms only designated smoking areas. Alcohol is allowed on site but only responsible consumption. 6 month assured short hold tenancies at Parkview. Service users are expected to engage with support services


No overnight guests in any of the projects, visitors are allowed at the main hostel during office hours 9.00 to 16.00 and only in the reception room. Shared house visitors allowed 9.00 to 16.00 in the communal lounge. Parkview tenants are welcome to have guests in the apartments until midnight.

50 bus service at the top of Moseley street into the city centre from the main hostel and Parkview. Closest train station is new street station 16 bus route into the city centre from the shared house.
