Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Low Needs single homeless people with support needs e.g. ex-offenders or people with alcohol, drug or mental health problems or other issues causing vulnerability. Local connection not required. No Couples, pets by permission.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone call email or write. Application form to be completed by prospective resident prior to interview. Proof of ID required and background information from other agencies working with applicant.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 6 months
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full time and 1 part time staff available that cover South Norfolk and Breckland area. Available 9 – 5pm. Emergency on call system. key workers support approx. 10 residents with resident visits at least fortnightly. Support plans agreed and reviewed every 6 months. Provide support around independent living skills, training, employment, mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, confidence and engaging with the community.

Rooms and charges

£4.57 - £13.12 per week from residents on benefits in shared accommodation. Residents in single self-contained properties pay own bills.

Residents must engage with support offered. Smoking and alcohol allowed in own room. Assured shorthold tenancy or Licence Agreement.


No under 18s permitted at properties visitors can stay overnight with staff agreement
