Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including people with mental health, drug or alcohol use. Applicants must be registered with the Street Homeless Prevention Team. Priority given to those with a local connection to Southampton.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals via Street Homeless Prevention Team and Patrick House.
Call in to Two Saints Day Centre for Street Homeless Prevention Team Mon, Wed or Fri 9am-11am. Application form and interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1-3 Months
- Maximum stay: 6 months - 1 Year
Support and accommodation
17 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide intensive housing management, support around identifying and securing move-on accommodation and liaison with and referrals to other agencies.
