Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including those with drug, alcohol or mental health problems and people with a history of offending. Priority given to people living in Luton.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone 24 hours, call in 9am-5pm daily or write for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require psychiatric reports, details of offending and other relevant information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 Night
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
7 full time and 2 part time staff, plus volunteer, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (3-4 residents per key worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around benefits, daily living skills, education and employment, family and cultural needs, developing independence.
