Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Priority to people with a local connection to Herefordshire.
Who we cannot help
People whose primary support need is alcohol or drug rehab. People with a history of offending. Those who do not require support or whose support needs are too high to be met by the project.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency prior to interview. Require references, care plans and pre-sentence reports if appropriate.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 full time member of staff at each foyer, generally available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system with weekly meetings. Personal development plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Advice and support around life skills, healthy living, and accessing training and employment. Computer facilities available.

- Disabled facilities: The Hereford Foyer can accommodate one wheelchair user. All foyers have flashing alarms and can create documents in Braille.

House rules and tenure
No smoking allowed in communal areas. Licence agreement.
No under 16s after 8pm or during school hours. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Train stations - approx 1 mile from each foyer.
