Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including rough sleepers and those discharged from hospital. Must have local connection to the Medway area.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists. Sex offenders not registered with local law enforcement agencies.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any Medway agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for referral form, or download from website.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 0-3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff offer advice and support on life skills. Care plans. Staff provide advice and support with independent living skills, benefits, job search.

£18.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
