Young single homeless people with medium support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to South Gloucestershire.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions. All applicants are risk assessed.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 6 months
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Support offered: 2 full time, 2 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Emergency on-call system. Support work system, weekly/fortnightly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Staff provide advice about budgeting, employment, training and benefits and support with living skills.

Rooms and charges

Self-contained 1 bedroom flats. Weekly charge payable by Housing Benefit, if eligible, or by tenant. Tenant responsible for own utility bills and council tax.
