Homelessness prevention advice including mortgage advice and advice for tenants facing eviction. Rent deposit scheme to secure private sector housing. Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act and temporary accommodation for those in priority need - those with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age, disability or at risk from violence. Out of hours emergencies phone 01732 227000.
