Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single homeless people with low-medium support needs and statutory homeless families nominated by the local authority. Must have a local connection to Bristol.

  • Minimum age accepted: 18
  • Maximum age accepted: 65

Only accept referrals via Bristol City Council's Housing Support Register.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
  • Maximum stay: 2 Years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Individual support work for each client available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Keywork system (20-25 residents per key worker), regular meetings as required. Support plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide advice about welfare benefits, housing, move-on options, referral to health agencies. Practical help with completing forms.

People can volunteer for us. In the past we have had ex residents and students.


We do accept donations. The public would need to contact us to donate.
