Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people and rough sleepers with support needs with a Manchester connection and "an active desire to participate" in a programme of support. May accept people with multiple needs. May accept people with dogs.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of violence. Sex offenders. Those at a high risk of re-offending. Arsonists. Those "likely to cause nuisance" or be high risk. Do not usually accept people who have recently lost their homes due to legal eviction.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from named agencies only.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by referral agency. Require proof of ID, and reports from supporting agencies where relevant. Interview - other supporting agencies encouraged to attend.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2-3 weeks
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
7 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system, with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, devised and monitored by resident and keyworker, reviewed every 2-4 weeks. Work club and ESOL course run at the project.

£9.41pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. Smoking in own flat only. No alcohol in grounds or communal areas. Licence agreement.
Between 10am and 11pm. No under 16s. No overnight guests.
