Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including ex-offenders, and people with substance misuse and mental health problems. All referrals come through Wiltshire Council.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals come through Wiltshire Council. After referral received, assessment and interview held.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 members of staff, available 8am-4pm, N evening or night staff. Keywork system, with monthly meetings and reviews six monthly or as needed.

£13.37 pw required from residents receiving full housing benefit.

Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms. Licence agreement.
Visitors allowed. Can have overnight guests.
