Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

16-25 years old, Housing related support needs, substance misuse, care leavers, mental health, autistic spectrum, learning difficulties, young offenders, probation, young single homeless. Vulnerable to exploitation. Need to sign a support agreement. Priority to applicants with local connection.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. All referrals via Southend Access Point.

Referral procedure

Phone Southend Access Point Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Application form filled in prior to interview. Signpost applicant to other services if they are unsuccessful.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
  • Maximum stay: 2 Years

Support offered

Stanier House/Mallard Court - 5 Project Workers available daily 8am - 10pm, Concierge on site and on call support at night.Centurion House staffed weekdays 9-5. Concierge on site and on call support at night.
