Who do we help?
Single homeless people and those in a vulnerable housing situation who have a local connection to Wiltshire. Can accept applications from people, including dogs.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Wiltshire Council Housing Options (01722 434233).
Phone Wiltshire Council Housing Options Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to arrange interview. Require NI number and any relevant background reports.

Support and accommodation
5 full time and 3 part time staff on-site daily 8am-11pm, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (6 residents per worker), keywork meetings at least monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least 6 monthly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, employment and training, health, benefits and money, staying safe, personal development.
