Single homeless people with a low level of support needs. Must have local connection to Wiltshire Council area. Can accept people with pets.

All referrals via Wiltshire Housing Options.
Referrals via Wiltshire Housing Options. Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for application form. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Low level support provided on-site during office hours for 15 hours per week.
Rooms and charges
£7.02pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms unfurnished except white goods and carpets.

- Disabled facilities: 1 flat adapted for a wheelchair user.
- Other facilities: Community hub with facilities for social activities and training with internet and laptop, garden.

Smoking allowed in own flat. Assured shorthold tenancy.
