Single homeless people aged 18-65. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Call in or phone 8am-12 midnight. Require NI number and proofs of ID and income.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 12 weeks
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system. Staff provide advice, support, assistance with living skills including a full programme of resettlement. Referrals to specialist services. Weekly life skills sessions in cooking, DIY etc.
Rooms and charges
£35pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with washbasins.

- Disabled facilities: Bathroom and one bedroom adapted for wheelchair access. High visibility stair treads. Loop system.
- Other facilities: Lounge, computer facilities, garden.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or people under the influence allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement. Must attend keywork sessions and complete needs assessment sessions within first week of arrival.
In communal areas only, -12 noon, 2pm-5pm and 7pm-10pm, over 16s only. No overnight guests.
Town centre location. Bus station - 3 minutes walk. Train station - 2 minutes walk.
