Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Priority given to 16-18 year olds and care leavers and those with a local connection to Cherwell.
Who we cannot help
People who cannot cope with the level of support offered. May not accept sex offenders or those charged with arson.

How to get a referral
All referrals through the Oxfordshire Pathway Plan with the foyer receiving referrals via Cherwell District Council Referral Co-ordinator
Referral form. Interview arranged if eligible. Require background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 weeks
- Maximum stay: 24 months
Support and accommodation
10 full time staff on rota system, available daily 7.30am-10.30pm, concierge on duty 10.30pm-7.30am. Keywork system with weekly meetings to address needs, including life skills, budgeting and cooking. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly to address short, long term and continual goals.
Rooms and charges
Residents in flats pay own bills, contribution required from those in bedsits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own flat/bedsit only. Excluded licence agreements.
Between 8am-12 midnight. Maximum 2 overnight guests up to 3 times a week.
Banbury train station - 20 minutes walk. Bus station - 10 minutes walk.
