Single homeless people with low support needs. Must have a local connection.

Arsonists and sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm for application and risk assessment forms. Forms completed by agency and prospective resident. Interview if application successful.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
Support offered
Staff on-site Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with fortnightly meetings. Staff provide support around independent living skills and resettlement.

There is no charge for the project.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in keywork and residents' meetings. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Assured shorthold tenancy.

Occasional overnight guests with staff permission.
