Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including ex-offenders, those with mental health, drug or alcohol problems, and women escaping domestic violence. Must have a local connection to Lincolnshire. Dogs can now be accepted on a four day trial.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders. May take arsonists and people with a history of violence, subject to risk assessment and individual decision.

All referrals sent through Gateway system "The Avenue".

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 14 part time staff, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (10 residents per keyworker), two meetings per week. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as necessary. Staff provide advice and support with life skills, budgeting, sexual health and accessing employment.

£12.88pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room and garden only. 28 day licence agreement.
In common room or garden only, 9am-9pm daily, 1 hour per visit.
Skegness train station and bus station - 2 minutes walk.
