Who do we help?
Single homeless people with a local connection to Reading. With approval from the Local Authority can accept up to 3 residents with dogs.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Reading Borough Council and Reading Street Services.

Support and accommodation
14 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system. Staff provide advice on benefits and support with accessing drug, alcohol and mental health services. In-house basic living skills course.

Half board with personal service charge of £28.35pw, self catering with personal service charge of £10.50pw.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
Between 1pm-10pm in communal areas downstairs. No overnight guests.
