Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

We support people with complex needs including substance dependency, mental health problems, offending history and homelessness history. We can accommodate men and women, 4 couples and three individuals with dogs. A local connection is required.

Who we cannot help

Every person referring in is considered and decided on a case by case basis.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

24 hr staff at service. Willow House offers up to 10 sit up beds. Sit up is our night shelter. Allocation for a place in sit up is managed by St Mungo’s street outreach team. Willow House offers 8 emergency and assessment beds. Allocation of emergency and assessment beds are managed by St Mungo’s. Willow House operates a Hub drop in service. External agencies congregate in Willow House and engage with people who are homeless and accessing support.

No alcohol or drugs on site. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Licence agreement.

visitors must be signed in by a resident between 9 am and 9pm.

Volunteering

We have volunteers who help with running groups, gardening, teaching wood work, teaching computer skills, collecting donations, running our resident newsletter and delivering coffee mornings. Contact gary.stocking-williams@salvationarmy.org.uk for further info.
