Support and accommodation
30 members of staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system with weekly keywork meetings. Resettlement programme covers budgeting, cleaning, personal hygiene, social skills and access to local colleges and further education. Regular residents' meetings

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-6pm in the main communal lounge. No overnight guests.
Bus and train stations - 5 minutes walk.
