Who do we help?
Single homeless people. Accept people with drug, alcohol and mental health needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection of 6 months minimum.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including local authorities, charities, partners in Stoke on Trent.
Phone or call in 24 hours daily to check vacancies. Application form completed by prospective resident. Interview and assessment by duty officer. Risk assessment required from referring agency.

Support and accommodation
18 full time and 9 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Staff provide a life skills programme and weekly keywork meetings. Resettlement programme. Spiritual programme led by Centre Chaplain.

£26.12pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: One room is fully wheelchair accessible. Adapted bathroom.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own room and garden only. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-8pm, except between meal times. No overnight guests.
Stoke on Trent train station - 5 minutes walk.
