Single homeless people with a local connection to Braintree. Can accept couples on discretion.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders and arsonists.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency within the local and surrounding area.
Phone or call in daily 24 hours. Application form filled in by referring agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and any relevant background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
9 person staff team plus volunteers, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system, with weekly to monthly keywork meetings and support plans. Staff offer advice and support through a compulsory life skills training and resettlement programme.
Rooms and charges
£9.59pw required from residents in receipt of benefits. £194.60pw full board charge if residents are not eligible for Housing Benefit

Must participate in programme of support. Alcohol and smoking not allowed on the premises. Licence agreement
Between 9am-12am, in communal areas only. No overnight guests.
