Who do we help?
Single homeless males with support needs. Can accommodate two males with a dog. Referrals from HRS access Suffolk.
Who we cannot help
All applicants subject to interview and assessment.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from Suffolk Co-ordination service.
Phone or call in any time to complete referral which will then be assessed by staff if suitable an interview will be arranged.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
20 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide personal support and life skills training.

£29.38pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: One room accessible to a wheelchair user. Adapted bathroom. Lift to all floors.
- Other facilities: Lounge, games room, quiet room.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms and covered area in garden only. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-11.30pm in communal areas only. No overnight guests.
Ipswich train station - 15 minutes walk. Buses 1, 4, 6.
