All referrals come via local authority Housing Plus service.

Once referral has been made, interview and assessment to determine suitability.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

7 support staff, 4 concierge staff, 2 members of staff available 24/7. Staff provide advice on housing, assistance with life skills and support in drawing up action plans with local agencies to address issues such as alcohol and drug addiction. Make referrals to specialist agencies. On site workshop, provision of art activities.
