Who do we help?
Single homeless young people aged 16-25. Those with a local connection to Warwickshire will be prioritised.
Who we cannot help
People with violent or aggressive behaviour who present a high risk. Arsonists and sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals via Warwick District Council and referrals from any agency, including Social Services and Warwickshire District Council.
Phone during office hours. Application form completed by prospective resident. Interview. Require background information from referring agency. Can take several days, accommodation may not be available on day of interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time and 2 part time staff. Keyworker system. Staff offer support and advice on benefits, finding employment and training and independent living skills, such as cooking, budgeting and personal care. Also help residents access sources of specialist help and advice where necessary.

£7.47pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on premises. Smoking allowed outdoors. Licence agreement.
Between 10am-10pm. Max 2 visitors at any one time. No overnight guests.
Leamington Spa train station - 15 minutes walk.
