Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including rough sleepers. Must have a local connection to Coventry. Dogs will be accepted with vaccination certificates and are homeless with their owner.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in 24 hours a day. Interview and assessment by duty project worker. Require documentary evidence of NI number and benefits.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 4 months
Support and accommodation
33 full and part time staff on-site 7am-9pm, waking night cover and night security service. key worker system. Staff provide help and advice as required. Job seeking sessions, computer, literacy, life skills and basic skills sessions are also available.

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in garden only. Licence agreement.
City centre - 5 minutes walk.
