Young single homeless women aged 16-25 with support needs, including teenage parents.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Hastings Borough Council Housing Service.
Phone or call in to Hastings Borough Council Housing Service Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form. Interview and assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full-time and 1 part-time members of staff, 24 hour cover. Linkworker system, (3 residents per worker). Provide general advice and support. Refer to external agencies for additional support.

£6.70pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed. Must attend support sessions, training, education, etc. Licence agreement.
Must complete a registration form and provide a photo ID.
St Leonards Warrior Square train station nearby.
