16 – 17 year old who have had a joint Housing Assessment with Housing and Social Services and considered to be a Child in Need. 16 – 25 year old Care Leavers.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

Referrals can be accepted from: Council Housing Teams, Social Services.

Support and accommodation
5 full time and 1 part time staff on-site 8am-11pm, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (5 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3-6 months. Staff provide support around daily living skills, including budgeting, benefits, literacy and numeracy, housekeeping tasks, access to training and employment, emotional wellbeing, future aspirations.
