Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single men and women. Local connections required. Must be in receipt of/or applied for benefits. Dogs may be accepted, once risk assessment complete.

Who we cannot help

We can not accept serious sex offenders or arsonists. We are also unable to accept siblings, relatives or partners of current residents. If there has been any violence against a staff member or another resident, then a discussion with management would be required prior to any decision.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals need to go through the A2A (Access to Accommodation).

Referral procedure

All referrals come through the A2A. We are only able to take direct referrals from the hospital discharge team or the rough sleepers team.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 1 night
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

8 full time support workers. 1 part time support worker, 5 ASW's 2 programme Coordinators 4 night support staff along with admin, kitchen and cleaning staff.

Personal charge of £33.09 per week.

Must participate in support. Must sign and abide by the licence agreement.

Visitors

Visitors allowed in ground floor communal areas between 9am and 4pm no visitors after 4pm and no overnight guests.
