Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people aged 18+ including older people and people with special needs. No local connection required. Can accommodate 2 males with a dog and 1 women with a dog.
Who we cannot help
All applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in 24 hours a day. Interview. All applicants subject to a risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
24 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system, with weekly meetings. Staff provide support and help with life skills including budgeting, housekeeping, cooking, personal health and hygiene, painting and decorating, DIY, safety in the home and first aid. Residents are encouraged to take accredited Learndirect courses.

£30.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 3 rooms are accessible to wheelchair users. Alarms in toilets, bathrooms and corridors. Disabled toilet facilities on ground floor.

No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement
Between 10am-8pm in specified areas. No overnight guests.
