Only accept referrals from the Street Homeless Prevention Team.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks

Support and accommodation
14 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system, with weekly meetings. Development and progress reviews every 3 months. Staff provide support around independent living skills.

£12.32 p/w required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Licence agreement. Sign-in system for alcohol. Smoking allowed in own room. Must attend keywork meetings.
Between 9am-10pm. No overnight guests.
Local buses within 300 meters Train station 1 mile.
Food or money donations welcome.
