Support and accommodation
2 full time and 1 part time staff based on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide practical and emotional support around life skills, health, financial issues, education, employment and training.

£11pw required from residents in receipt of benefits. Electricity meters, £1 tokens from office.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Written house rules. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Until midnight. 1 overnight guest per resident maximum 3 nights per week, with written permission.
Malton train and bus stations - 3 minutes walk.
