Single homeless women with high support needs. Priority to applicants with mental health needs. Restricted to those with a local connection to Rochdale.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone daily 9am-12 midnight. Referral form. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
Staff available daily 9am-12 midnight, sleep-in cover. key worker system. Support plans with agreed outcomes. The project runs a range of social activities including a women's group, arts group and literacy classes.

£29.30pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Disabled facilities: One wheelchair accessible bedsit, with adapted bathroom facilities and careline alarm.
- Other facilities: Lounges, laundry, computer facilities, garden.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
Rules agreed by residents. No overnight guests.
