Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with an offending history and support needs. Will accept people with complex needs, mental health problems and those with substance misuse issues. Priority given to people with a local connection. May consider people who have a pet.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals via SPA at Cheshire East Council.
Referrals contacted within 48 hours, assessments booked and decision made within 7 days of assessment.

- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
2 support staff, 2 assistants 1 service manager. Night security. Key worker system. Support plans with keywork sessions as required. Focus on rehousing, health and well being, education, training and employment

Handforth train station - 20 minutes walk. Limited bus service to Manchester/Macclesfield - No 130.
