Who do we help?
Single homeless people. Some provision for couples. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. People may not be allowed in immediately if they are not in control of their actions due to alcohol or drugs.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in any time. Application form. If bed available, allocated arrival time. All vacancies passed first to DMBC Homeless Unit (01302 862043) Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 3 months
Support and accommodation
Minimum 2 staff on duty at all times. Keywork system, meeting on admission and then twice weekly. Staff provide support, information and advice. Pre-tenancy, life skills and other training.

House rules and tenure
Clients are expected to engage with support, be committed to addressing their needs and work towards move-on. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in garden only. Licence agreement.
By arrangement only. No overnight guests.
Doncaster train station and North and South bus stations - 2 minutes walk.
