Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 13 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
24-hour staff cover 7-days a week. One to one support and tailored support plans built around individual strengths and aspirations.

£14.77pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Total spaces: 12
- Furnishings: Fully furnished en-suite single rooms with shared kitchen, laundry facilities, dining and TV room; disability access available.

- Disabled facilities: 1 room accessible to a wheelchair user. Adjacent adapted washroom.
- Other facilities: Laundry, lounge, internet facilities, garden.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Use licence agreements and assured shorthold tenancies. Residents may smoke in own rooms.
Between 9.30am-9.30pm. Children and overnight guests not allowed in cluster accommodation.
Regular bus services to and from Ashford Town Centre and Ashford International railway station (12 mins).
