No Couples. Arsonists. Sex offenders. Anyone who is alcohol or drug dependant and not engaging in appropriate support for this.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Mainstay.
Background checks. Clients usually notified within 24 hours – depending on priority and availability.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 year
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
24 hour staff coverage. Clients allocated a support worker on arrival. Support plan and risk assessment. Training and education needs assessed.

£5.95pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking permitted in own flat, but not in communal areas. Licence agreement.
Daily 9am-9pm. No overnight guests.
Nearest bus to city centre is directly outside, number 21.
