Single homeless, 18-60. Local connection prioritised. Support needs: mental health, physical health, substance misuse, offending.
Who we cannot help
People with recent convictions for arson. Ex-tenants in arrears.

How to get a referral
Open access supported accommodation, accepts referral from every agency and self-referrals as well
Referral form can be emailed through to referrer or self, assessment will be booked depending on room availability

Support and accommodation
1:1 support. SMART recovery. Group activities. Signposting to other agencies. Support around MH, PH, substance misuse, offending.
Rooms and charges
HB and SC (current SC is around £6)
- Single: 60
- Total spaces: 60
- Furnishings: Fully furnished, all white goods provided, laundry free and on-site.

- Disabled facilities: 1 flat for disabilities, 2 ground floor flats.
- Other facilities: Lounge, 1-3 computers with internet access, garden. Wi-Fi access on ground floor.

House rules and tenure
9am-10pm – visitors policy in place, overnight visitors possible.
Close to all transport links.
Volunteers are welcomed, to work around admin, group activities with tenants, counselling etc. Email email@example.com for further information.
