Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with an offending history and support needs. Will accept people with complex needs, mental health problems and those with substance misuse issues. Priority given to people with a local connection. May consider people who have a pet.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals via SPA at Cheshire East Council.
Referrals contacted within 48 hours, assessments booked and decision made within 7 days of assessment.

Support and accommodation
7 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system. Support plans.

£16.31pw (flat), £12.32pw (single) required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Must attend residents' and support meetings. Licence agreement.
Visitors over 16 only, 9am-11pm. Overnight guests with permission.
Handforth train station - 10 minutes walk.
