Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with low to medium support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders, arsonists and high risk offenders. People with support needs which cannot be met by the project.

- Maximum age accepted: 64
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in, 24 hours. Application forms completed with a member of staff followed by interview. Police check. Individuals on probation will require a probation referral with eOASYS reports if applicable.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
15 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans reviewed every three months, more frequently if required.

£13.16pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 6 spaces fully wheelchair accessible (1 self-contained flat and shared cluster).
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork. No alcohol on site. Smoking in own room only. House rules. Licence agreement.
10am-10pm in rooms. Overnight guests in flats only, with risk assessment and staff permission.
Sittingbourne train station - 5 minutes walk.
