Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including those with drug, alcohol or mental health problems and ex-offenders. Priority given to those with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for arson.

- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone, call in daily 24 hours or write. Require proof of benefit entitlement. Interview. Applicants may be subject to a risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
15 full time and 2 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (6 residents per keyworker), weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every three months. Staff provide advice and support with life skills and resettlement.
Rooms and charges
£13.51pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend weekly keywork and residents' meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
9am-11pm (no admittance after 9.30pm). No overnight guests.
High Wycombe train station - 2 minutes walk.
