Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless men with a history of sleeping rough in Westminster. Particularly target continuing drug users. Accept men with dogs.
Who we cannot help
Those with no history of sleeping rough in the City of Westminster. Do not accept those who come for interview under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

How to get a referral
General bed and substance misuse unit referrals through Westminster commissioned street teams. Mental health unit referrals through Westminster community mental health teams and JHT.
Interview. Can interview at day centres etc. Vacancies allocated to referral agencies on rota basis and to most vulnerable applicant.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
16 staff, 24 hour waking cover, minimum of 2 staff on duty. Staff offer intensive housing management and individual support. 14 staff are responsible for keywork, average of 6 residents per keyworker. Hostel has close working relationships with a range of local statutory and voluntary agencies. Life skills training programme. Mental health crisis beds and substance misuse unit have higher support.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking in own rooms only. Clients with drug support needs must complete 6 week programme. Licence agreement.
Victoria tube - 10 mins walk. St James Park tube - 5 mins walk. Buses 24, 36, 73.
