Who do we help?
Single homeless people who have a commitment to resettle, including people with drug or alcohol problems. Must have a local connection to Derby.
Who we cannot help
Those with a history of arson or violence in a hostel situation.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Single Point of Entry. No self referrals.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
18 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Person centred approach with individual support plans. Staff offer support on aspects of independent living, benefits, budgeting, pre-tenancy work. Referrals to specialist agencies.

£14.91pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Alcohol allowed in alcohol dependent units only. Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
No personal visitors in the building.
Derby bus station - half mile. Derby rail station - 1 mile.
