16-25 year old young people, including young parents and couples. No local connection required.

How to get a referral
Part of the Suffolk Co-ordination Service. Accept self referrals, agency referrals and local authority referrals.
Application form to be completed prior to interview to discuss support and assess risk. St Edmundsbury Council has nomination rights, so client should speak to their homelessness dept for referral.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff available 24/7. Weekly / Fortnightly /Monthly support sessions depending on need of client. Quarterly reviews. Staff offer support on parenting, life skills, education, employment, anger, self esteem, drugs and alcohol. Counsellor available.

£12.04 required from residents in cluster rooms in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking in communal areas. Must attend support sessions and residents' meetings, must attend training if not in employment or education. Licence agreement, support agreement, house rules.
Not allowed 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Overnight guests allowed, subject to rules.
Bus station - 5 minutes walk.
