Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including rough sleepers. Priority given to people with a local connection to the City of Leeds.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from all relevant partner agencies including Leeds Housing Options, Direct Access hostels, probation, police, prisons and Social Services.
Application form completed and returned by fax or email, sometimes over the phone. Interview. Risk assessment. Placed on a waiting list if accepted.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
12 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Each client is allocated a support worker, formal support sessions take place monthly. An outcomes focused Support Plan is in place for each client, based on needs and risks, reviewed every 3 months.
