Who do we help?
Medium to low risk single homeless people. If clients have issues they must interact with services. People who have a local connection to Derbyshire with be priorities.

- Minimum age accepted: 20
- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from probation, prison, substance misuse services, Futureshomescape, Rethink, Adult Care, other agencies.
Phone daily 24 hours. Application form, risk and needs assessment completed by prospective resident and referral agency. Interview. Require proof of ID and any relevant background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
No support is provided at hostel/dispersed housing. We are funded through Intensive Housing Management only. 3 Housing Officers, and 5 Concierge & Security provide 24 hours service.

£14.49pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must engage with support and adhere to house rules. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
2 visitors each. 1 visitor over 16 can stay overnight up to 3 nights a week. No visitors in hostel.
