Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
People with mental health support needs who have a history of rough sleeping, including those with substance misuse issues. Must have a local connection to RB Kensington & Chelsea Resettlement Team.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Kensington and Chelsea Resettlement Team.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write prior to making referral. Application form completed by prospective resident and referral agency. Interview. Require psychiatric and social work reports. Must be eligible for benefits.

Support and accommodation
1 full time member of staff based on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system with weekly meetings. Needs assessments. Support plans with agreed outcomes reviewed every 6 months. Offer support around benefits, life skills, meaningful occupation and make referrals to external agencies as appropriate.

£18-£18pw required from resident in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork meetings. Smoking not allowed in communal areas. Assured shorthold tenancy.
