Who do we help?
Single homeless people with mental health problems. Must be under Care Programme Approach and registered homeless. Priority given to people with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referral must come through Family Mosaic referral panel.
Referral forms to be obtained by Family Mosaic call on 01702 445 870.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 2 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 8am-10.30pm, Sat & Sun 8am-11pm, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (2 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, and access to employment or training. Involvement of CPN, Social Worker, Consultant or other agencies as necessary.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol allowed in own flat only. Smoking allowed in own flats and garden only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Can stay overnight.
Westcliff train station - 10 mins walk.
