Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with medium support needs. Can accept people with a dual diagnosis. Must have a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets. Wheelchair users age 40+ can be accepted.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson or violence. Those whose support needs are higher than can be met by the project.

How to get a referral
Accept agency referrals via LB Tower Hamlets HOST.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by referral agency. Interview. Require proof of ID, eg birth certificate, medical card. Also require proof of income and current support plan.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: Permanent
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 2 part time members of staff based on-site daily 8am-10pm, sleep-in cover and waking night security cover. Keywork system with at least monthly meetings (7 residents per key worker). Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. key workers provide support around substance misuse, physical/mental health, life skills, participation, training and education.

£5.51 service charge for residents.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in flats and garden. Assured tenancy.
Overnight guest with staff permission.
Westferry DLR - 5 mins walk.
