Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including rough sleepers with low support needs. Must be willing to engage in keyworking and action planning. Priority to those with a local connection to the City of London. Target 20% women.
Who we cannot help
Those with a history of violence or arson. People unable to cope with the low levels of support offered by the project.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from the City of London Housing Allocations Team and St Mungo's outreach team.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Interview. Require needs assessment, risk assessment, accommodation history and relevant reports. Also require proof of income and ID eg passport, birth certificate.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 year
- Maximum stay: 4 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time, 1 part-time staff and 1 volunteer based on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system with weekly/fortnightly meetings (10 residents per keyworker). Action plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Access to PRHA's learning development officer who offers support, advice and guidance around activities, employment and training options.

Residents pay own bills.

- Disabled facilities: 4 flats are based on the ground floor and could be adapted if necessary.

House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork meetings. Smoking allowed in own studio. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Overnight guests with staff permission maximum 3 nights a week.
Barbican tube station - 3 minutes walk. Buses 56, 153.
